How to Request Account Deletion
If you would like to delete your rivva account and associated data, please follow the steps below:
- Send an email to: [email protected]
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
- Include the email address associated with your rivva account
Once verified, your account will be permanently deleted within 7 days.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed from our active systems:
- Profile information (name, email address, preferences)
- Productivity data (tasks, plans, focus sessions, goals, energy logs, insights)
- Usage history and personalization data
- Connected integrations (if applicable)
- Device identifiers linked to your account
- Subscription status within the app
This deletion is irreversible.
